Hi Gillie...go to my frnt page, top left hand corner, click SIGHTINGS and look at my sighting report form. This is the information I start with.

I like as much information as possible including the weather and time.

No one can give me too much info. the more we know the better we learn.. Idea

For most people once they make this report they get another 40 questions from me Wink

You have my e mail..I am listening Very Happy

""Barber by trade, "" Very Happy Cool! You get to hear all the stories! Keep us informed. NJ is an interesting state. Many sightings by people who seem to know what they are looking at but nothing concert for proof, mostly anyway.
By the way, how many problem bears are around you Question

Never had no problems 'cept the occasional early morning bear gettin in the gargage, but I've adjusted to that. We do have bears.... a few miles from me a person had 9 bears in their yard at one time ,and 5-7 bears together is very common, can you imagine that Shocked .Yea pretty much the eyes and ears of the area, and customers know my big cat interest and pass it on, so I do get reports!( ..and can recognize Bullsh*itters )Spoke with a friend just last night , said he gained permision to put out some cameras up on Schooley's Mt. between Hackettstown and Long Valley, where a cat has been prowling several years. The person he spoke to sees it pretty often acording to the reports, any suggestions Idea . Ill try to stay in the loop here , as I am very interested!
Thanks, GhillieScout

Idea Tell the person using cameras to place them about 24 inches off the ground, lots make the mistake of hanging them hip high.

Next, some bob cat lure will bring the felines around. Arrow

Tell then not to check the area too often, set the cameras and leave them for at least a week. Also I watch weather, if there are many fluctuations I want for the bright sunny days, these are the cats favorite Idea

Once they get their pictures, send them in...we will take a look..

any questions please ask...

Thanks for your help and Interest!

Cougardaville Very Happy
