Cougardaville, does that sound familiar with what happened in my neck of the woods or what!!!!!

Even though there have not been any sightings lately, the coyotes still have NOT returned to our area.

That's probably a big leap in your logic there, guys. First, coyotes regularly tree cougars out west- pack animals usually have the edge there. And one possible stray or migrant cougar is hardly going to make an entire population of coyotes vanish. If that were the case, coyotes would have disappeared out west long ago. More likely disease, or shifting food availabilities. They'll be baaack...

Plenty of food here and more than one cat.

The coyotes in my area were here for years, until "something" (plural, more than one) chased them away.
