If anyone knows a walleye holding lake or stream in the area, please let me know. After four years of trips to Oneida lake, I have finally caught one...even if it wasn't a keeper. Now I need to perfect my techniques so I can finally catch more fish than my older brother on the next trip. Thanks for the help....I need all of it I can get. lol.

Try the Schoharie Reservoir (permit required). You can catch some beauties and watch the eagles fish. "Eyes" are my favorite eating fish.
I prefer filets dregged in flour and pan fried in butter. Yum.
